• If you place an order on a working day before 2:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.
  
• If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, your order will be shipped on the next working day.
• After placing your order, you will receive an email immediately confirming your order. We will then proceed to carefully pack and send your order.
• Your order can be shipped in two ways: as a letterbox package or as a parcel. We strive to use a letterbox package whenever possible, so you don't have to stay at home for delivery. A larger order that doesn't fit in a letterbox will be shipped as a parcel.
• Once your order is shipped by us, you will receive an email with a track and trace code that allows you to track the package. You can track your package using the track and trace code on the website of our shipping partner DHL.

Together with DHL, we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.

 We work with DHL as our shipping partner due to several significant advantages over other carriers:

• Delivery from Monday to Saturday. Many customers find Saturday delivery very convenient.
• Delivery of the package to your neighbors if desired. This way, you receive your order quickly and easily.
• The package is trackable and can be modified if necessary. Through track and trace and the DHL app, you can know where your package is and when it will be delivered.
• DHL Go Green: For each package, we contribute a percentage to our shipping partner. DHL invests in electric delivery vans and making the distribution centers energy-neutral.
