Exchanges and Returns
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Bonnie Doon, but it's possible that the item may not meet your expectations, be the wrong size or color. In that case, you can exchange or return the purchased item. Despite being very satisfied with the tights and hold-ups we sell for many years, we do not provide a guarantee against runs in tights since they are delicate materials.
EXCHANGES are allowed at Bonnie Doon.
· Provided that the item meets our exchange conditions (read conditions here).
· Exchange within 14 days of receipt.
· Send an email to klantenservice@bonniedoon.nl, notifying us that you are returning items and specifying the items you want to exchange, including your name and order number.
To exchange your item, simply follow the steps below.
- Fill out the return form completely (click here for the return form) and include it with the items in the original box or envelope.
- Send your return shipment with sufficient postage to the return address stated on the return form.
Once we receive and inspect your exchange shipment, and you meet all the exchange conditions, we will send the new item within 2 days.
You will not be charged any shipping fees for sending the new item.
Note: The cost of the return shipment is your responsibility.
RETURNS
· Provided that the item meets our return conditions (read conditions here).
· A cooling-off period of 14 days.
· Refund issued within 10 days after receiving the returned items.
To return your item, simply follow the steps below.
- Fill out the return form completely (click here for the return form) and include it with the items in the original box or envelope.
- Send your return shipment with sufficient postage to the return address stated on the return form.
- Send an email to klantenservice@bonniedoon.nl, notifying us that you are returning items, including your name and order number.
Once we receive your return shipment and it meets all the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount and the shipping costs you paid for the outbound shipment as soon as possible within 14 days after the termination of the agreement. We will only refund the shipping costs for the outbound shipment (if charged) if the entire order is returned. However, the cost of the return shipment is your responsibility.

Right of Withdrawal
According to the Authority for Consumers & Markets, you have the right to a cooling-off period, also known as the right of withdrawal.
In a "regular" store, you always have the opportunity to hold and evaluate items. With an online purchase, of course, that is a bit more challenging. We strive to assist you as best as possible by providing as much information as we can about our products, and our customer service is available for personal advice.
However, it may happen that your purchase does not meet your expectations, and you want to exchange or return it.
You have a period of 14 days to reconsider your purchase. This period starts on the day you receive your order. In the case of partial deliveries, this period starts once you have received the last item from your order. After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the item within these 14 days. We kindly refer you to our simple exchange and return procedure.
If you meet all the return conditions and can provide proof that the return shipment was sent back to us within 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount. Therefore, we will refund your purchase amount to your bank account, PayPal, or credit card account within 7 days after receiving your return shipment. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. However, since it concerns fashion items, the return must comply with our return conditions.
The refund will be transferred to the account you used to make the payment unless you instruct us otherwise for an alternative payment method. There are no additional costs for you in this case. If an item is damaged or incomplete, a depreciation may be charged.
Please note: The costs of the return shipment are at your expense. If you have paid shipping costs for the initial delivery, and you return the entire order, we will refund not only the purchase amount but also the shipping costs you paid.

Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the item, we deeply regret it and we will gladly refund you the full purchase amount. Any paid expenses such as shipping, administration, and processing fees will only be refunded when the complete shipment is returned. We will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used unless you give permission for an alternative payment method. In that case, there will be no additional charges. Of course, you must comply with our return and exchange conditions. The legal warranty applies to all our items, which means that an item must perform what you can reasonably expect from it.
- If you paid with iDeal, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account you used.
- If you paid with a credit card, you will receive the purchase amount back on the credit card statement. The transfer will be visible on the next credit card statement.
