Despite Bonnie Doon's efforts to provide you with comprehensive information about the items in our webshop, it is possible that your purchase does not meet your expectations and you wish to exchange or return it.
At Bonnie Doon, this is not a problem. You can exchange or return your item within 14 days of receiving it. However, the return shipment must meet the following conditions:
- You may inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason. The 14-day period starts from the day you received your order.
- To notify us that you are returning an item, please send an email to klantenservice@bonniedoon.nl, stating your name and order number.
- Once you have informed us that you want to return the item, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. If the product has been worn and/or washed, we may charge you for any depreciation in value.
- For hygiene reasons, socks, tights, pantyhose, hold-ups, and leggings cannot be tried on. This is to prevent the spread of highly contagious foot fungus, among other things.
- Unfortunately, Bonnie Doon Europe B.V. cannot accept returns of pantyhose, leggings, tights, and socks with removed packaging and/or broken seals, for hygienic reasons.
- Although we have been selling pantyhose and hold-ups for many years and are very satisfied with their quality, we do not provide a guarantee against runs/ladders in pantyhose, as they are delicate materials.
