Exchange and return conditions

Although Bonnie Doon does everything to inform you well about the items in our webshop, it is possible that your purchase does not meet expectations and you want to exchange or return it.
That is no problem at Bonnie Doon, you can exchange or return your item within 14 days of receipt.
However, the return must meet the following conditions.

You may, without giving any reason, cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order. Let us know that you are canceling the purchase. The 14-day period starts on the day you receive your order. Notification that you return an item, stating the name and order number to klantenservice@bonniedoon.nl
From the moment you have reported that you want to return the item, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

-The article is in its original condition, never worn, not washed.
-If the product has been worn and / or washed, we can charge you for any depreciation.
-From a hygienic point of view, Socks, pantyhose, tights and leggings should not be fitted.

Bonnie Doon Europe B.V. unfortunately cannot, from a hygienic point of view, take back tights, leggings, pantyhose and socks with removed packaging or broken packaging seal.
