However, it is possible that a complaint arises about a product.
If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us by sending an email to klantenservice@bonniedoon.nl.If you would like to state your name, order number and item number in the mail next to the description of the complaint, we will contact you within 24 hours during working days to find a suitable solution.

Products that have not been worn according to regulations and washed thereof will be declared unfounded.
